Laser Carbon Peel
At a glance

The carbon laser facial is performed with the Nd-Yag Q-switch laser using a 1320nm filter. The treatment involves the application of a preparation with a carbon content, which penetrates into all the cavities and unevenness of the skin, and then comes to the removal of carbon particles with a laser. During the procedure, carbon molecules absorb the energy of laser light and the resulting “micro-explosions” cause cleansing and reduction of dilated sebaceous skin glands, unification of skin tone, stimulation of collagen, reduction of discoloration. The treatment is painless. After the procedure, the skin can be slightly pinked and slightly strained.

Carbon Action

Activated carbon is characterized by the largest of all natural chemical compounds surface and very good absorbency. We can safely say that coal, like a sponge, absorbs almost all the impurities encountered in its path. For this reason, this compound is recommended primarily for oily and mixed skin. Activated carbon removes excess sebum and toxins, which perfectly cleanses the enlarged area of the sebaceous glands. Carbon is an invaluable cosmetic ingredient for acne sufferers because it not only perfectly cleanses the skin – leaving it smooth and matte, but also thanks to its bactericidal properties accelerates the healing of inflammation and prevents infections. In addition, it affects the alignment of skin tone and lightening pigmentation spots, therefore it can be used in treatments for complexions with discoloration.
