TRAINING PROGRAMME

Theoretical part:

  1. Legal aspects and history of aesthetic medicine
  2. Characteristics of cross-linked and non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid
  3. Available dermal filler preparations on the market
  4. Definitions, recognition and effects achievable in different cases, their classifications, discussion about photo examples
  5. Facial anatomy and skin structure and puncture depth
  6. Difficult cases – atrophy of lip red, narrow lips, lips 50+, falling corner, asymmetry, lips after poorly previously performed procedure, etc.
  7. Therapies combined with other treatments to achieve a better effect
  8. Types and capabilities of anesthesia
  9. Contraindications and side effects with treatments
  10. Eligibility of the Client for the procedure:– pre-treatment consultation – exclusion of contraindications to the procedure – treatment documentation and consent – photographic documentation
  11. Preparing the Client for the procedure – setting the correct position of the client’s body during the procedure – remedies for the procedure
  12. Trends in fill effects and opportunities for m.in. Hollywood Lips, French Lips, InstaLips, JoKoLips, Sambuca Lips, Natural Lips
  13. Post-surgery procedure
  14. Emergency management, i.e. allergy, cold, epilepsy, etc.

Practical part:

  1. 1. Use of hyaluronic acid on models (10-12 models)

Methods:

  • Ability to use a needle, knowledge of market products to fill, knowledge of market trends, practice of performing the treatment on models.

Teaching resources:

  • The participant will receive the author’s materials in paper form and books in the field of aesthetic medicine and cosmetology and facial anatomy in an electronic version. The participant will also receive a consent and a patient card to be filled in for self-treatment.
