TRAINING Hyaluronic acid – hyaluronidase

The training consists of gaining the knowledge about complications and using hyaluronidase as an HA fission enzyme to safely and correctly perform the facial area procedure. It focuses on the knowledge of the types of preparations, recommendations and contraindications and alternatives to administration. During the training sessions you will familiarize yourself with the emergencies that may occur during the procedure and how to deal with them. Live models will participate during the training sessions, and they will be available to perform treatments on them. The course also involves the aspects of the protocol for dealing with complications in cooperation with your doctor.

TRAINING PROGRAMME

Theoretical part:

  1. Legal aspects
  2. Definitions: complication and error. Causes of mistakes and the most common complications. Division of errors and complications from the lightest to the most severe. Overview of the concept of “necrosis”
  3. Characteristics of hyaluronidase as a depolymerizing enzyme HA
  4. Hyaluronidase preparations available on the market, administration of selected doses
  5. Diagnosis, indication and contraindications and alternatives to hyaluronidase
  6. The procedure of administration and the depth of the punctures. Areas of administration, maximum single dose, possible booster doses, methods of administration.
  7. Anesthesia, whether to use and whether/how will it work?
  8. Eligibility for surgery:
    1. pre-treatment consultation
    2. contraindications to surgery
  9. Emergency management.

Practical part:

  1. The use of hyaluronidase on the model.

Methods:

  • Knowledge of the action of hyaluronidase, knowledge of how it should be given, ability to recognize indications for administration, knowledge of treatment and safety risks when administered hyaluronidase, knowledge of market products. Understanding the notions of complication and surgical error. The participant will be able to conduct a detailed interview with the client qualifying for the procedure and will see how to give the preparation.
